Ahmed Ghazy is a senior investment and corporate finance executive with over 15 years of international experience advising boards, shareholders, family offices, and executive leadership on investment strategy, mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, corporate transformation, and long-term value creation across the Middle East.
His career spans senior leadership roles in investment management and regional family offices, complemented by more than a decade with EY and KPMG in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, where he advised multinational corporations, private equity firms, sovereign-related entities, and leading family businesses on complex strategic and financial transactions.
Ahmed has successfully led and closed over US$500 million in transactions across both buy-side and sell-side mandates. He has directed the full transaction lifecycle, including investment evaluation, valuation, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, financing, negotiation, execution, and post-merger integration, delivering strategic outcomes and sustainable shareholder value.
He has extensive experience leading mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, business turnarounds, and strategic transformation initiatives across the retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer, and diversified industrial sectors. His expertise includes corporate strategy, investment management, governance, valuation, financial modeling, capital raising, business planning, and enterprise-wide value creation.
