Across his career, he has held senior global and regional leadership roles, including AVP Global Commercial Finance, Regional Head of FP&A, and Finance Head MEA, consistently partnering with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and executive teams to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, operational excellence, and data-driven strategic decisions. His expertise spans integrated FP&A, digital finance, enterprise performance management, scenario planning, S&OP integration, and large-scale financial transformation, including automation (RPA), Power BI ecosystems, ERP/EPM implementation, AI-driven forecasting, and portfolio/value optimization initiatives.
Dr. ElRouby is also a distinguished global FP&A trainer, coach, and author, as well as the lead faculty member behind HOFT Academy, which has trained over 6,000 finance professionals in more than 30 countries. Under his leadership, HOFT Academy was named the Best Finance Academy in the Middle East (2024) and continues to be a premier destination for FP&A capability building.
